Storage is pooled across all team members on your workspace. On the Starter plan each account gets 5 GB. Pro workspaces share a 100 GB pool. Enterprise workspaces have no storage cap and can add on-prem object storage nodes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as SEPA direct debit for EU customers and BACS for UK customers. Enterprise invoicing with NET-30 payment terms is available on request.

All data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure runs on ISO-27001-certified EU data centres (Frankfurt primary, Dublin failover). Enterprise customers can request a dedicated single-tenant environment or on-prem deployment.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, your workspace and all associated data are permanently deleted. We provide one-click CSV/JSON exports from your account settings at any time.
